DIN 3352 F4 resilient seated gate valve are suitable for water supply and industrial systems. Designed to provide effective isolation and tight sealing, these valves are suitable for handling a wide range of media, including those containing solid particles and high viscosity.
One of their main advantages is their straight-through design, which minimizes resistance to flow and pressure loss within the system. This feature is particularly beneficial for applications where optimum flow efficiency needs to be maintained. In addition, the bi-directional flow capability of these valves allows for greater flexibility in pipework configurations, as changes in flow direction do not affect valve performance.
Typically made of ductile iron and stainless steel, DIN 3352 F4 resilient seated gate valve are robustly constructed to ensure durability and longevity. The rubber coating on the wedge, usually made of Nitrile or EPDM rubber, provides an effective sealing mechanism that stands up to a wide range of operating conditions.
